Shipping charges: Items are shipped USPS priority or First Class mail unless otherwise noted. Shipping charges are estimated as best possible. Shipping charges in excess of $1 are refunded. We are very happy to try to work with you if you have special shipping needs.
Damages in shipping must be reported within 3 days of receipt. Many items are one of a kind and cannot be replaced. We take great care in shippi
ng and have had no items damaged in shipment to date.
Returns: Merchandise from stock may be returned only with a return authorization. You must request a return within 5 days of receiving the merchandise. It must be in saleable condition. Credit will be given for the merchandise only and sales tax if applicable. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
Custom order jewelry can be returned for 15% restocking fee. We are not responsible if you provide the incorrect ring size.
